Dr. Stacey Finkelstein's research focus on factors that impact people's motivation to eat healthy food. Her papers have been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research, Psychological Science, and Social Psychology and Personality Compass. She has carried this research forward looking at how healthy food cues impact individuals' hunger and consumption. In a second line of research, she looks at how experts seek and respond more to negative feedback than novices, also published in the Journal of Consumer Research.
